You can return the product you purchased within 15 days of the delivery date.

2. Return Conditions

• The product must be in its original packaging.

• The product must be unused and undamaged.

• Before requesting a return, you must fill out the return form.

3. Return Process

• Fill out the return form: Start your return request by filling out the return form on our website.

• Shipping: Send the product, along with the return form and invoice, to the address provided.

• Return Confirmation: Once the product reaches us, it will be inspected, and you will be notified when your return is approved.

4. Return Shipping Fee

Return shipping costs may vary depending on the total amount of your order:

• Shipping is free for orders of 500 TL and above.

• For orders under 500 TL, the shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refund or Exchange

If you return the product, you can choose between a refund or an exchange.

• Your refund will be credited to your account within 7-10 business days, depending on your payment method.

6. Return Period

The inspection of returned items and completion of the return process may take up to 10 business days. Your refund or exchange request will be processed within this timeframe.
